Customer Services Intern - MCS

Description

A 12-month graduate programme to support the customer service team. The role involves providing general assistance and completing ad-hoc tasks within the department, including order processing, audit preparations, stakeholder follow-ups, and report preparation to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Process and archive customer orders
  • Assist with audit preparations
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders (logistics, sales, technical teams)
  • Prepare customer reports and Proforma Invoices (PFI)
  • Follow up with MCS (likely Maintenance & Customer Support) customers
  • Provide project assistance and general customer service support as required

Qualifications

  • Education: Relevant National Diploma or Degree in Business Management or Marketing
  • Skills:
  • Good organizational skills and rigour
  • Self-initiative and stress resistance
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills
  • Languages: English proficiency required; other languages are beneficial
  • Personality:
  • Empathy and good listening skills
  • Sensitive to customer satisfaction
  • Assertive, positive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
